"This was our second contract of purchase after the 1st contract felt through due to timing and inspection. Kids in and out of school, showings, inspections and financing all can be very demanding but Ricardo and Catalina pushed sellers and other agents to work with us while we were making sure we can sell our first house and that the timing and numbers were correct. Up until the last couple of days and the seller haven't been able to move out I was really stressed out but everything worked for the best and we met some fantastic people in the process.
